Skid-mounted H2 generator

One of the most energy efficient electrolyzers on the market with a cell stack power consumption at 4,3 kWh/Nm3 of hydrogen gas produced, and outputs up to 1500Nm³/h per electrolyzer, pressurized at 30 bar.

This is one of the best-selling solutions, fully modularized and can be based on a 7.5 MW module design. The electrolyzer adopts a bipolar pressure filter structure. The seal gasket researched and developed by PERIC ensures no leakage from the electrolyzer whether in hot or cold conditions. The gas-lye treater is skid-mounted with simple process flow, allowing easy installation, operation and maintenance.

The H2 generator is automatically controlled through PLC programming, with high reliability and remote control. Operator-friendly HMI makes the operation safe and convenient. Initial H2 purity>99.8%; Initial O2 purity >99.2%.

We can tailor delivery to any customer requirement, from complete installation of the entire electrolyzer plant, to delivery of specific modules according to the customer's preferences including but not limited to:

Containerized type H2 generator

This is a turnkey hydrogen generation plant installed inside 40-feet containers. The container hosts the electrolyzer and the utility equipment, including gas-lye treater, hydrogen purification unit, water tank, power rectifier unit, PLC control system and PDB/MCC, etc.

 The H2 production ranges from 5Nm³/h to 100Nm³/h, and all interconnection within the container is completed before shipment.  Commissioning is straightforward, simply requiring connection of utilities before the first operation, significantly reducing costs and on site preparations.

The container is weatherized and can be installed in temperatures ranging from -40°C or +50°C. With H2 purity of 99.999% and dew point better than -70°C this solution is suitable for all manner of Hydrogen applications. 

The unit is developed and designed by PERIC.

Integrated-type H2 generator

One of the most compact units on the market, the integrated hydrogen generator is specially designed for the electrical power industry.

Integrated systems are standardized and modular and can be controlled individually or clustered.  The single hydrogen electrolyzer, gas-lye treater and H2 purification unit are built in one unit and have production flows ranging from 5Nm³/h to 15Nm³/h with an operating pressure of 15 bar. The H2 purity is higher than 99.999% and dew point higher than -60 Deg.C.

This integrated hydrogen generator becomes more convenient to customers for installation, operation, and maintenance, and reduces capital costs associated with civil construction.

Fully automatic control and connection with the customer’s DCS system for monitoring is possible.
